About
The Arms Collectors Association of the Northern Territory (ACANT) is the NT's dedicated firearms and arms collectors group, catering for collectors of historical, antique and vintage arms and militaria. Areas of interest include muzzle-loading and percussion guns and pistols; military rifles and handguns; double rifles and sporting guns; swords, knives and edged weapons; and military accoutrements. ACANT holds monthly general meetings at the Darwin Pistol Club clubhouse at the Mickett Creek Shooting Complex, each preceded by an authorised collectors' shoot. ACANT is an approved firearms collectors group under NT firearms legislation.
