Tasmanian Pistol & Rifle Club traces its origins to the Hobart Revolver Club founded in 1931 (renamed in 1996 to reflect the addition of rifle disciplines). Based at Shene Road, Pontville since 1966, it is a progressive multi-discipline club with excellent facilities and an enthusiastic committee, welcoming newcomers without prior firearms experience through structured introductory training.
