About the Beretta 30X Tomcat

The Beretta 30X Tomcat is a micro-compact, blowback-operated semi-automatic pocket pistol chambered in .32 ACP. Introduced in 2024 as a modernized successor to the long-running Beretta 3032 Tomcat, it retains the signature tip-up barrel that lets a round be chambered without racking the slide and adds the Effortless Loading System (ELS), a push-button mechanism that further eases loading for users with limited hand strength. The 30X features a skeletonized trigger and hammer with a roughly 35-percent lighter pull, proprietary Helica textured grips, a beavertail frame, and dovetail-cut slide for sight options. It is aimed at the deep-concealment and backup-gun market.

The Tomcat line carries on Beretta's distinctive tip-up barrel design, a feature dating back to the company's small-frame pocket pistols, allowing the user to load a single cartridge directly into the chamber without retracting the slide.
