About the Caesar Guerini Invictus
The Caesar Guerini Invictus is a 12-gauge over-under break-action shotgun built for high-volume competitive clay shooting. Introduced in 2014, its defining feature is the proprietary Invictus locking system, which uses replaceable cams and a hardened plate that mate the barrels to the action, allowing the gun to be rebuilt to factory tolerances after heavy use. Marketed as durable enough to fire over one million rounds with maintenance, the Invictus pairs a Purdey-style sliding underbolt with deep-blued barrels, a coin-silver laser-engraved action, DuoCon forcing cones, and a hand-finished European walnut stock.
The Invictus name (Latin for 'unconquered') reflects Caesar Guerini's durability claim that the action can endure over a million rounds, with worn locking cams simply swapped out to restore the gun to original tolerances.
