About the Remington Model 3200

The Remington Model 3200 is an American-made over/under break-action shotgun produced from 1973 to 1984. A successor to the pre-war Remington Model 32, it featured a full-length hinge pin for strength, fast lock times, and a single selective trigger, and was offered in field, skeet, and trap grades. Built primarily in 12 gauge, it earned a reputation among competitive clay target shooters and remains prized by collectors as one of the first American over/unders to rival European designs.

The Model 3200 revived the design lineage of the legendary Remington Model 32, the company's first over/under shotgun. Its full-length hinge pin and robust lockup made it a favorite for high-volume trap and skeet shooting, and well-maintained examples are still campaigned in competition decades after production ceased.
