Description THE LIGHTEST STEEL SHOTGUN IN THE FIELD Like all Beretta Shotguns, the Ultraleggero is a work of art, providing balance and reliability in the field, with one major difference.  The new Ultraleggero provides all the benefits of a Beretta Sporting Shotgun, without the weight. Based on the popular 690 platform, with features and innovations seen in the 694, the Ultraleggero has been developed and engineered to be a truly unique firearm.  At under 3kg, every component has been studied and redesigned to reduce the weight without compromising performance. The Ultraleggero has been trimmed of over 400grams of weight*.  From the extra-light recoil pad and select walnut stock, through to the steel receiver with carved sides and bottom, aluminum forend system, and optimabore HP barrels, every individual element has been carefully designed.  As an added feature, the unique action has techno-polymer side plates that can be printed in multiple designs.   Aiming for innovation.
