No issues at all G GARY DRINAN RAIL ADAPTER FOR EARLY MODEL ANSCHUTZ 54 MATCH RIFLE Fits my early model Annie 54 well. This early model 54 only has a dovetail on the rear section of the action for the aperture sight. Supports a Weaver T24 scope with no issues. Rifle loading is OK and ejection is normal providing not to much energy is used - otherwise the case hits the adapter and falls into the action. A slower bolt travel ejects the case perfectly. Very happy with the adapter from Hawke. W Wayne'o Roubos outstanding J James Scott-Mackenzie Works perfectly A great piece of kit. Used it to add a Hawke red dot to my shotgun. Have had no issues with movement from the 12 guage recoil.
