Description
The Smith & Wesson Model 686-6 Pro Series is a premium stainless-steel double-action revolver chambered in .357 Magnum, built on Smith & Wesson’s renowned L-frame platform. Developed to combine the durability and handling characteristics of the Model 686 with competition-oriented Pro Series features, it is a highly regarded revolver suited to target and sporting use. This example features the distinctive Pro Series profile barrel, stainless-steel construction and a fluted cylinder. The 686 platform is capable of chambering both .357 Magnum and .38 Special ammunition. This revolver is in very good condition and has been fitted with a full-length Picatinny-style top rail and Vortex Razor red-dot sight, providing a modern sighting arrangement while retaining the revolver's original front sight. It is fitted with a black Hogue-style rubber grip with finger grooves, contrasting with the satin stainless finish.
