Tanfoglio Limited 38

9mm & 38 Special

Description

The Tanfoglio Limited is a full-size competition semi-automatic pistol manufactured in Italy and developed specifically for target shooting disciplines. Based on Tanfoglio’s well-established competition platform, the Limited combines an all-steel construction with a long slide, single-action trigger system and competition-oriented controls. This handgun is fitted with a single-action trigger, extended ambidextrous-style competition controls, flared magazine well and heavily checkered timber grips. The frame and slide have a bright silver finish, giving the pistol its characteristic competition appearance. A notable feature of this particular pistol is the included 38 special conversion slide and barrel assembly, allowing the pistol to be converted from its current 9mm configuration. This makes it an interesting package for the competition shooter or collector of earlier Tanfoglio race and target pistols. It is also fitted with a  Noblex electronic IPSC reflex sight. The long slide and barrel configuration, extended magazine well, substantial steel frame and competition trigger arrangement are characteristic of a pistol designed primarily with precision and practical competition shooting in mind. Overall, the pistol presents in good condition, showing some handling and use marks consistent with a competition firearm while retaining an attractive overall appearance.
