Winchester 101

Offered for sale is this nice 1980’s Winchester 101 correctly marked Made in Japan, as Winchesters of that era were which is in outstanding condition. The bores are absolutely pristine (we don't say that lightly, they are mirror shiny & unmarked) plus the action is very tight with no lateral movement although the action breaks easily. As can be seen in the photos, the jewelling on the chambers is virtually unblemished indicating little or no real use which supports the original owners story of it being a safe queen for decades. The top barrel has full choke & the lower is Improved / Modified. LOP is 14” with 30” barrel with ejectors which we have checked & confirm they work very well! As can be seen in the photos, this has very nice wood & is a very attractive gun. This would make an ideal first clay target shooting gun or, as an addition to any collection of older, classic under/over shotguns.
