He was a champion of hunting and wildlife conservation. Born in New York City on October 27, 1858, Roosevelt achieved fame as a hero of the Spanish-American War for helping organize and train the “Rough Riders.” He served as a New York City police commissioner, a prolific author and was the twenty-sixth president of the United States, where he earned the Nobel Peace Prize for his work in resolving the Russo-Japanese War. The Theodore Roosevelt cartridges feature a nickel-plated shell casing bearing a special Roosevelt head-stamp in .30-30 Winchester.  These .30-30 Winchester rounds are loaded with the iconic 150-grain Power-Point bullet, and boxed in 20-round packages.
