About the Air Arms FTP900
The Air Arms FTP900 is a dedicated, competition-grade field target rifle chambered for the .177 (4.5mm) air pellet. A pre-charged pneumatic (PCP) design with side-lever cocking, it pairs a Lothar Walther match barrel with a fully adjustable laminated wood stock featuring an adjustable butt hook, cheek piece, palm shelf and forend. Tuned to the 12 ft-lb (16 J) WFTF power limit, it delivers roughly 100 regulated shots from its 204cc air cylinder and is widely regarded as one of the finest purpose-built field target rifles available.
The FTP900 was developed by Air Arms specifically for World Field Target Federation competition, where shooters engage knockdown steel targets at unmarked distances out to 50+ metres using only the rifle and a high-magnification scope to range and hold over.
