The Christensen Arms Traverse is a premium American bolt-action hunting rifle built on a Remington 700-pattern action. Introduced in 2018, it pairs a 416R stainless steel barrel wrapped in aerospace-grade carbon fiber with a carbon-fiber composite Monte Carlo stock, keeping weight low while delivering a guaranteed sub-MOA level of accuracy. The button-rifled, hand-lapped, match-chambered barrel is free-floated and finished with a threaded, brake- or suppressor-ready muzzle, and the rifle uses a user-adjustable TriggerTech trigger. It is offered across a wide range of standard and magnum calibers, including the .300 Winchester Magnum.

Christensen Arms, founded in 1995 in Gunnison, Utah, pioneered the use of carbon-fiber-wrapped barrels for sporting rifles, technology drawn from the founder's aerospace background. The Traverse extended that approach into a do-everything mountain hunting rifle.
