The Cimarron 1873 Evil Roy Rifle is a lever-action rifle chambered in .45 Colt, built on the classic Winchester Model 1873 pattern and manufactured in Italy by Uberti for Cimarron Firearms. It is a competition edition developed to the specifications of SASS Hall of Fame cowboy action shooter Gene 'Evil Roy' Pearcey, featuring a U.S.-performed action tune with lightened hammer and trigger springs, a crisp no-creep trigger, hand-checkered walnut furniture, and a full-length tubular magazine. Purpose-built for the speed and reliability demands of cowboy action shooting.

Named after Gene Pearcey, whose 'Evil Roy' alias made him one of the most decorated marksmen in Single Action Shooting Society history, the rifle is a modern recreation of the 'Gun that Won the West' tuned for the fast-cocking rhythm of cowboy action matches.
