About the Huglu 103FE

The Huglu 103FE is an over-and-under double-barrel hunting shotgun produced by the Huglu Hunting Firearms Cooperative in Turkey. It is the top-tier finish of the 103 series, distinguished from the base 103C by decorative hand-engraved sideplates on the silver receiver and by automatic ejectors. Most commonly chambered in 12 gauge with a 3-inch (76mm) chamber and 28-inch (711mm) chrome-lined monoblock barrels topped by a ventilated rib, it is fitted with a Turkish walnut stock and a set of interchangeable screw-in mobile chokes. Like the rest of the 103 range it is also offered in 20, 28 and .410 gauges.

The Huglu cooperative grew out of gunsmith workshops in the central Anatolian mountain town of Huglu, where firearms have been hand-built since the Ottoman era; its craftsmen formally united into a cooperative in 1962 and today export engraved over-and-unders worldwide under Huglu and OEM brands.
