Chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and .308 Winchester, the rifle features a 22-inch medium bull barrel with 5/8x24 threading for suppressor or muzzle brake attachment, Mossberg's LBA (Lightning Bolt Action) adjustable trigger with a pull weight range of 2 to 7 pounds, and an aluminum V-block bedding system for improved accuracy consistency. The adjustable tactical stock with adjustable comb height and length of pull allows the shooter to customize the fit. At 8.8 pounds, the rifle provides enough weight to dampen recoil while remaining portable for field use.
