The Remington Model 700 Long Range is a bolt-action hunting rifle built on Remington's long-action Model 700 receiver and configured specifically for extended-range shooting. It pairs a 26-inch heavy-contour, free-floating barrel with a Bell and Carlson composite stock reinforced by a full-length aluminum bedding block, giving the platform the rigidity needed for consistent accuracy at distance. Chambered in flat-shooting magnum and standard long-action cartridges such as .300 Winchester Magnum, .30-06 Springfield, 7mm Remington Magnum, .25-06 Remington and .300 Remington Ultra Magnum, it uses the classic two-lug Model 700 action with a hinged floorplate internal magazine and an adjustable X-Mark Pro trigger.
