About the Ruger 10/22 International

The Ruger 10/22 International is a full-length Mannlicher-stocked variant of the classic Ruger 10/22 semi-automatic rimfire carbine chambered in .22 Long Rifle. It pairs the 10/22's blowback action and 10-round detachable rotary magazine with an elegant walnut stock whose forend extends the full length of the 18.5-inch barrel. Originally cataloged in the late 1960s and revived as a distributor special edition, it blends traditional European sporting styling with the reliability and simplicity that made the 10/22 one of the best-selling rifles in history.

The Mannlicher-style full-length stock harks back to early 20th-century Austrian sporting carbines, giving the utilitarian 10/22 a distinctly Old-World look prized by collectors.
