About the Savage 110 Tactical
The Savage 110 Tactical is a bolt-action precision rifle built on Savage's modular Model 110 receiver and marketed for tactical and long-range target shooting. Introduced in 2018, it pairs the user-adjustable AccuTrigger with the AccuFit synthetic stock, which lets the shooter tailor length of pull and comb height for a custom fit. It feeds from a detachable box magazine and wears a heavy, threaded barrel topped with a one-piece Picatinny rail for optics, chambered here in .308 Winchester.
The Model 110 action it is built on, designed by Nicholas Brewer and first sold in 1958, is one of the longest continuously produced bolt-action rifle designs in American history.
