About the Savage 110 Long Range Hunter
The Savage 110 Long Range Hunter is a bolt-action hunting rifle built on Savage's long-running Model 110 receiver and aimed at precision shooting at extended distances. It pairs a 26-inch heavy fluted barrel with an adjustable muzzle brake, the user-adjustable AccuTrigger, and the three-dimensional-bedding AccuStock. Its AccuFit synthetic stock lets the shooter tune length-of-pull and comb height for a personalized fit, and it feeds from a detachable box magazine. Chambered here in .300 Winchester Magnum, it is offered across a range of flat-shooting magnum and long-range cartridges.
The Savage Model 110 is one of the longest continuously produced bolt-action rifle platforms in the United States, designed by Nicholas Brewer and introduced in 1958; the Long Range Hunter carries that action forward with modern precision-shooting features.
