The Stevens Little Scout No. 14½ is a single-shot, rolling-block .22 rimfire boy's rifle produced by the J. Stevens Arms & Tool Company. A lightweight, inexpensive takedown rifle whose barrel separates from the receiver by loosening a single screw, it chambers .22 Short, .22 Long, and .22 Long Rifle and was marketed to young and novice shooters in the early twentieth century. The No. 14½ improved on the earlier No. 14 with a refined takedown system and remained in production into the early 1940s.

The Little Scout belonged to the genre of affordable 'boy's rifles' that introduced generations of American youth to marksmanship in the early 1900s, when an inexpensive single-shot .22 could be bought for just a few dollars.
