Description
These collagen sausage casings make approximately 9 to 10 kilograms of sausages. They should be stored in a cool, dry place, ideally between 5 and 15 degrees Celsius, avoiding freezing. To store remaining casings, wrap in plastic and seal with tape to prevent dehydration or rehydration. Proper storage extends shelf life up to three years after production. Suitable for sausage makers and food processors.
