Description
These all natural hog casings are made and processed in Australia according to food standards. The pack contains about 20 metres of casing, suitable for roughly 12 kilograms of sausage. They are ideal for large continental sausages such as Bratwurst. Store in the refrigerator in the salted and moist pouch to preserve quality. They expand and contract during cooking, reducing the risk of bursting, and are suitable for home or commercial sausage making.
