Description
These collagen sausage casings are designed for small to medium size sausages with a diameter of 23mm. Made from livestock collagen, they are suitable for beginners due to their ease of handling, requiring no soaking before use. The casings can be stored without refrigeration and enough for approximately 10kg of sausages. They are produced in Australia and ideal for home sausage makers.
