Description
This product is a curing salt used in the production of bacon, ham, and similar meats. It contains 6.25% sodium nitrite and approximately 93.75% salt. The cure is dyed pink for safety reasons. It is used as a dry cure with a recommended amount of 2 grams per kilogram of meat, not for substitution with cooking salt. It is suitable for home meat processing and curing enthusiasts.
