Description
This cure is designed for making bacon at home. It comes in a 1 kilogram pack and makes up to 20 kilograms of bacon when used. Instructions are provided for rubbing the cure onto meat, refrigerating for 5-10 days, then soaking to remove excess salt, followed by smoking or cooking. Contains sodium nitrite at 0.45%, suitable for bacon curing.
