About the ATA Neo

The ATA Neo is an inertia-driven semi-automatic shotgun manufactured by the Turkish firearms maker ATA Silah Sanayi (ATA Arms). Chambered in 12 gauge with a 3-inch (76mm) chamber, it uses a simple recoil-inertia operating system built from just three main parts (bolt body, inertia spring and rotating bolt head), giving it a very light weight and clean balance with no gas cylinder or action-bar linkage in the forend. A typical configuration pairs a 28-inch multichoke barrel with a 7mm ventilated rib, a red fiber-optic front bead, four flush-fit choke tubes and adjustable stock shims, on a matte-finished aluminium-alloy receiver with walnut or synthetic furniture. Sold worldwide as an affordable game and clay gun, the Neo is one of ATA Arms' best-known autoloaders.

ATA Arms grew from a long line of Turkish gunmakers in the Konya and Istanbul regions and became one of Turkey's largest shotgun exporters, supplying gas-operated autoloaders to Western brands while selling its own Neo line worldwide.
