About the Hammerli AR30

The Hämmerli AR30 is a Swiss pre-charged pneumatic (PCP) match air rifle chambered in .177 (4.5mm) and built for ISSF 10-metre target competition. Introduced around 2004, it was the last airgun manufactured by Hämmerli in Switzerland before the brand passed to Carl Walther in Germany. The AR30 runs on a 200-bar compressed-air cylinder, loads a single pellet at a time through a loading tray, and pairs a precise two-stage match trigger with a fully adjustable aluminium stock featuring an adjustable cheekpiece and buttplate. A counterweight rail running the length of the barrel and stock lets shooters tune the rifle's balance for standing position shooting.

Hämmerli, founded in Lenzburg, Switzerland in 1863, earned a worldwide reputation for precision Olympic target arms. The AR30 marked the end of an era as the last air rifle Hämmerli built in Switzerland; thereafter the design lived on under Carl Walther as the LG30.
