About the Mauser ES350B

The Mauser ES350B is a single-shot, bolt-action .22 Long Rifle target rifle built by Mauser-Werke at Oberndorf am Neckar before the Second World War. Part of Mauser's Meisterschafts ('championship') line, it pairs a scaled-down Mauser action featuring a claw extractor and wing safety with a heavy tapered match barrel, a micrometer aperture rear sight on a long dovetail rail, and an interchangeable front sight on a ramp. Its precisely figured walnut stock carries a checkered capped pistol grip and forearm, sling swivels, and a Mauser banner buttplate. Regarded as the top of Mauser's pre-war rimfire range, the ES350B was prized for smallbore competition and remains among the most sought-after pre-war .22 target rifles.

The ES350B represented the pinnacle of Mauser's interwar smallbore target rifles. Restored examples bearing the original Mauser banner buttplate are highly collectible, valued for the craftsmanship of their walnut stocks and the precision of their miniature Mauser actions.
