About the Mossberg 940 Pro Turkey
The Mossberg 940 Pro Turkey is a 12-gauge gas-operated semi-automatic shotgun purpose-built for turkey hunting. It features a self-regulating gas system rated for up to 1,500 rounds between cleanings, full camo coverage, a HIVIZ fiber-optic sight, an optic-cut receiver, and an X-Factor ported turkey choke for tight patterns.
Mossberg refined the 940's gas system from competition use with shooter Jerry Miculek before adapting the platform into dedicated turkey and waterfowl hunting models.
