About the ATA Venza

The ATA Venza is a Turkish semi-automatic shotgun chambered in 12 gauge with a 3-inch chamber. It is built around ATA Arms' Gas Pressure Control System (GPCS), a hybrid action that combines a short-recoil mechanism with a gas-pressure system so the gun reliably cycles both light target loads and heavy hunting and waterfowl loads. Offered with 24, 26, 28 and 30 inch ventilated-rib barrels, an aluminum-alloy receiver, and synthetic or walnut stocks in a range of camouflage and natural finishes, it is marketed primarily as an affordable hunting and sporting autoloader.

ATA Arms, founded in 1959 in Konya, Turkey, grew into one of the country's larger sporting-arms exporters; the Venza became one of its better-known value-priced semi-automatic shotguns in Western markets.
