Description

Description GRIZZLY - MUZZLE BRAKE STAINLESS - THREAD: 5/8X24TPI - DIA: 18.5MM - 45CAL - SKU: GBS18.5-45 Australian made muzzle brakes. The GBS18.5-45 Grizzly muzzle brake is designed for calibres up to .45cal. These brakes are an easy, convenient screw on design that do not require any crush washers or special tools. Just screw the muzzle brake on all the way to the shoulder of your barrel and then fasten tight with the tool provided. Due to the perfectly aligned machined gas ports, this design disperses energy evenly around the brake, creating greater balance thus eliminating deviation from the muzzle blast. PLEASE NOTE - Calibres over .45cal must be modified by a gunsmith. The GBS18.5-45 standard thread size is: 5/8X24TPI The GBS18.5-45 Dimensions are 18.5mm (0.728in) diameter, 62mm (2.440in) in length and it weighs 47 grams (1.658oz). The GBS18.5-45 is suitable for many firearms for a flush fitting muzzle brake that have this barrel profile. It can also be fitted to a smaller barrel profile, if the 5/8X24TPI thread size is what you require and a slightly larger diameter brake is prefered. THE GBS18.5-45 was specifically designed for the Chiappa's .45-70 Government lever-action rifles with a Brushed Stainless finish. "SSAA Reviews the Australian Made Grizzly Muzzle Brakes" read on....
