Positioned as one of the standout pieces in Koi Knives’ Aviary collection, it combines a substantial sheepsfoot blade with premium handle materials and refined detailing, making it equally suited to everyday carry, outdoor use and collectors looking for something distinctive. The Pelican features a 101.2mm sheepsfoot blade made from Sandvik 14C28N Swedish stainless steel, hardened to approximately 58 HRC for a strong balance of edge retention, toughness and corrosion resistance. The handle combines ebony wood, marbled white resin and pink G10 spacers, reflecting the Pelican’s black, white and pink colouring. A caged ceramic ball-bearing pivot, thumb tab, secure liner lock and heat-treated spring-steel pocket clip complete the design.
