Description
These collagen sausage casings are designed for making medium-sized sausages, approximately 30mm in diameter. Each pack contains about 12 metres of casings, enough to make roughly 10 kilograms of sausages. Made from collagen derived from livestock skins, they are suitable for sausage-making hobbyists and small-scale producers. No soaking is required prior to use, and they can be stored without refrigeration.
