Description
This curing salt contains nitrites and nitrates, essential for safe, long-term processing of air-dried meats like salami. The 1 kilogram pack includes 6% sodium nitrite, 4% sodium nitrate, and approximately 90% salt. It is pink for safety reasons. Use 3 grams per kilogram of meat as directed, strictly for air dried salami and cured meats. Suitable for commercial curing applications requiring nitrate and nitrite curing salts.
