About the Benelli Vinci
The Benelli Vinci is a 12-gauge inertia-driven semi-automatic shotgun introduced in 2009. It broke from a century of one-piece autoloader design by splitting into three tool-lessly assembled modules: a barrel/receiver group, a trigger-group fore-end with a snap-in aluminum magazine tube, and a self-contained recoil-spring buttstock. Its In-Line Inertia Driven System placed the recoil spring and guide rod at the 12-o'clock position inside a cylindrical receiver, paired with ComforTech recoil reduction and the adjustable QuadraFit stock.
The Vinci was Benelli's first in-line inertia-driven shotgun, splitting into three modules that snap together by hand in seconds with no tools, guided by white alignment dots on the stock, receiver, and fore-end.
