Description
This salami curing salt is used for curing and long curing salami production. It contains 6.25% Sodium Nitrite, 4% Sodium Nitrate, and 89.75% regular salt. The product is dyed pink to comply with Australian standards and to distinguish it from regular salt or sugar. This curing salt interacts with meat to aid preservation and flavour development during curing processes. It is suitable for all salami recipes requiring both nitrites and nitrates for safety and colour. Ideal for charcuterie enthusiasts, meat curers, and bakers involved in sausage or salami making.
