Description
This salami curing salt is used for curing and long curing salami production. It contains 6.25% Sodium Nitrite, 4% Sodium Nitrate, and 89.75% regular salt. The product is dyed pink to comply with Australian standards and to distinguish it from regular salt or sugar. This curing salt interacts with meat to aid preservation and flavour development during curing processes.
