About the Anschütz 2013
The Anschütz 2013 is a single-shot, bolt-action smallbore target rifle chambered in .22 Long Rifle, built by German maker J.G. Anschütz for ISSF three-position and prone free-rifle competition. Its 2013-series receiver is longer, wider and flat-based compared with the earlier Match 54, seated on a four-bolt bedding footprint and clamping a heavy cold-hammer-forged barrel. Combined with an ultra-short lock time and a fully adjustable match trigger, it delivers the exceptional accuracy demanded at the highest levels of Olympic-style rifle shooting.
Anschütz smallbore free rifles, including the 2013 series, have dominated Olympic and ISSF three-position and prone rifle podiums for decades, making the name a byword for match-grade rimfire accuracy.
