About the Pardus AS04
The Pardus AS04 is a gas-operated, semi-automatic 12-gauge sporting shotgun made by Pardus Arms (Istanbul, Turkey, founded 2007). The AS is the Turkish-walnut-stocked member of Pardus's S-series of gas-driven semi-autos, sharing its action with the synthetic-stocked SS and camouflage CS models. Its classical gas-piston system uses a front action spring positioned over the magazine tube and reliably cycles a wide range of 12/76 (3-inch chamber) loads, rated roughly 28 to 52 grams (with 24-gram loads possible via a special spring). Shells feed from an under-barrel tubular magazine; the smoothbore barrel accepts interchangeable choke tubes and the ribbed models carry a fiber-optic front sight on an 8 mm top rib. Across the S-series Pardus offers barrels from 35 to 76 cm with empty weights of about 2.8 to 3.2 kg; the AS04 represents a walnut-stocked sporting configuration with a roughly 71 cm (28-inch) barrel.

AS04 is a Pardus S-series semi-auto shotgun in the walnut-stocked AS line (SS = synthetic, CS = camo share the same gas-piston action). Manufacturer literature gives ranges rather than per-SKU figures: barrel 35-76 cm, weight 2.8-3.2 kg, magazine 2+1 to 10+1, 12 and 20 gauge with 76 mm (3-inch) chamber. The values here reflect a 71 cm walnut sporting configuration at the heavy end of the published weight range; exact AS04-specific dimensions are not individually published in English sources. Muzzle velocity/energy are representative of a 32 g 12-gauge sporting load.
