The Pedersoli Cook & Brother is a modern reproduction .58 caliber percussion, muzzle-loading carbine built by the Italian firm Davide Pedersoli (catalogue model S.209, the Cook & Brother Artillery Carbine). It recreates the compact Confederate cavalry/artillery carbine of the American Civil War, which was itself patterned on the British Enfield, featuring a single sidelock percussion action, a rifled round barrel, brass furniture, and a wooden ramrod. Intended for historical re-enactment and muzzleloading target shooting, it is loaded from the muzzle and fired by a percussion cap on the nipple.

The original Cook & Brother firm was one of the Confederacy's largest private arms makers; after Union forces took New Orleans in 1862 the brothers moved their machinery to Athens, Georgia, and kept turning out Enfield-pattern carbines and rifles until 1864. Pedersoli's replica keeps the pattern alive for re-enactors more than a century and a half later.
